SURF REPORT for Palos Verdes
Friday December 8th. 2006 @ 6:56 am
Good Morning, we have some cloud layer lingering around the hill this morning. There is still no surfto be had, but that may change tomorrow for the hyped up and anticipated first real NW of the season.
With that in mind, the hill usualy gets really crowded during the first few swells because the beach breaks will be closing out. And every year I hear the same B.S. from the so called locals saying that I am responsable for the crowds. This year I am already hearing things, but its a different message.
All I can say is that if you are not from PV or have never been to the hill, I would be carefull. The word is that there is going to be flat tires, broken windows, and who knows what else. eL bIABLO reporting!!
The threats are Bullshit and pissed me off! I don't know anyone who would ever slash someones tire, bust a window, etc to try to keep people out of the water. That's like going to Disneyland and being pissed that it's crowded and you have to wait in line! Hey, I'm a California resident, Disneyland is my theme park bitches... if I have to wait in line to get on space mountain, you better believe you wont be able to leave because I'm going to give you a flat tire! And don't come back. Who wants to be pissed off at disneyland?
What's sad is that these aren't stupid kids threatening to commit these crimes... these idiots are more in their 30s or older! And most likely living in Mom and Daddy's 2nd or 3rd home.
Nobody likes to surf in crowds! Especially a crowd of selfish assholes! Maybe they should rename the "cove" the "crack" because you're sure to find an asshole there!
Basically, it's all talk... who would think of committing a crime on a Sat when the surf's up!? Too many witnesses, unless you're a complete idiot or have painfully large balls. Aside from the witnesses, every police officer in PV has a copy of that surf report!
So, I would like to invite you all to come surf the Cove with me tomorrow to make it less of a toilet! Fun 15 ft waves and our tax dollars hard at work guarding our cars and watching the waves!
